Working with MPEG files in timelines has been improved.Motion menus have had several improvements.The error "End of file (DVD Error -16072)" no longer occurs when you build a DVD after unchecking Animate Buttons on a menu that has audio. (DVD Error -19803)" when you build a DVD. Duplicating a rendered menu with animated buttons no longer causes the error "Stream requested does not exist.If a DVD is stopped, you no longer have to eject it to start playback again: Hitting the Play button after a complete stop will now correctly begin playback at the first title on the DVD.Subtitle text attributes are now maintained when pasted into a new subtitle clip.Duplicated timelines now also include subtitle tracks.Timecode values greater than one hour are now calculated correctly.Projects containing pasted subtitle clips no longer cause the error "EditOnDisc disc in inconsistent state.A runtime error that sometimes occurred when saving on a hyperthreading system no longer happens.Several "Abnormal Condition" errors have been identified and fixed.A "DVD Error -1" that could occur if you repositioned chapter points on a timeline containing still images no longer happens.An "Unknown Error (DVD Error -1)" that occurred when writing to DVD after adding video and audio to a motion menu no longer happens.Several "DVD Error -19013" sources have been identified and fixed.Improvements have been made to eliminate the occurrence of "DVD Error -224" errors during the writing and/or erasing of DVD media.Adobe stated that this was because of the video and broadcast industry's trend to move away from physical media distribution. Adobe Encore was discontinued after the launch of Adobe Creative Cloud and is no longer available. Versions 3 to 6, also known as Encore CS3, CS4, CS5 and CS6, were only available as parts of Premiere Pro CS3, CS4, CS5, CS5.5 and CS6, or Production Premium and Master Collection versions of Creative Suite 3, CS4, CS5, CS5.5 and CS6, respectively. Versions 1.0 and 1.5 required a separate license fee (rather than making 1.5 available as a free update). Selecting a region changes the language and/or content on forms of Adobe Encore used a proprietary licencing system from its developer, Adobe Systems. Adobe will use commercially reasonable efforts to address security issues in EOL products through the warranty or support period, whichever is later.In its sole discretion, Adobe may engage research and development teams on critical cases only and on a limited basis for problem identification.Based on the customer input, Adobe will determine the degree of impact and exposure and the consequent activities. Adobe may, in its sole discretion, develop new hot fixes for problems of high technical impact or business exposure for customers.Adobe Customer Care will direct customers to existing fixes, patches, or workarounds applicable to the reported case.No enhancements will be made to the product or service to support new or updated versions of the platforms or operating systems on which the product runs or to which it connects.No new enhancements will be made to the product or service.During the timeframe between when the EOL notification is made and the actual termination of support, the product will be supported as follows:.Adobe will use commercially reasonable effort to provide a 12-months' notice of the affected product's end-of-sale date and/or the last day when the affected product can be ordered.Adobe will use commercially reasonable effort to provide at least 12-months' notice before the termination of support.Adobe reserves the right to discontinue a product by terminating support for such product, at any time.
